Franken #2 District 12

So I made frankens themed like the 12 districts in The Hunger Games. Yes I am obsessed.

In any case, here is District 12: (AKA My coalminerKatnissPeetaCinnathingamajiggeydoo)

So. I like him :D He is a black jelly with holo and yellow fine gliters, and larger orange and red glitters. I LOVE THIS! I wish I had better pictures for you! It really reminds me of embers in coal or ashes. I really like this for District 12.
