I like a good ombre.... I also like a creme mani that doesn't bore me! Simply because it's easy to remove.... So I get to change my mind whenever :D
So I'm sure you'll recognize this.... use whatever technique you like for the look! For this I used Color Club Take Me To Your Chateau and the light blue, and Sally Hansen Pacific Blue as the dark part. I think it looks nice and springy and light :)
Like a nice summer sky :D
Sorry for the short post... I guess there's not too much to say on this one ;P OH! Just so y'all know, I have an.... interesting idea for a texture mani coming up! I seriously can't wait. Once I can get to Michael's I'll put up the post!! Yaaaay!
Luv y'all!

Gaaaaaaahhhhh Layering Blahswjfheiuwaalferiaoawesomeness
I just want to begin saying that I reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally love this. Like a lot. I literally put this on about 3 minutes ago and took pics to post about immediately. I love it so much I made a franken bottle of this so I wouldn't forget the combo if I wanted to do it again. LUUUUUUV!
Here's what it started as: Wet n' Wild Black Creme and Icing Tiger's Blood:
Nice enough..... But far too Halloween-ey for me. Tiger's Blood is a sheer orange base with white, orange, and iridescent glitter. But those iridescents a few and far between, so it looks mostly like orange and white over black. So I added a Mylar flakie- basically OPI I Lily Love You, but the Forever 21 version. As with most F21 polishes, it doesn't really have a name- the label just says "pink". They couldn't be more wrong.
After the Mylarness, I looked at it..... and it was still all orangey! CURSES!!! Even though I had added a pinkiness, it was still Halloween! Gahhhd! But then, I thought, "Hey, maybe if I add a cooler-toned glitter it'll balance it out." So I added a no-name green glitter polish that came from a CVS Christmas tube thingy.
Dear brain:
I luv joo and yur rendom idears. Dey iz beeyootiful.
These pictures seriously do not capture it's awesomeness. I tried, I really did.... I just don't think I was able to get a good lighting situation: 'tis dreary and sad here :(
Well that's all for today loves! Or is it..... >:D

My Nail Polishes!
Okay. I'm slightly scared to write this post. While I know about 70% of the rest of the nail bloggers out there obviously have more polish than I do, it still kinda makes me guilty to see/ count all my polishes together. Is it enough to make me stop buying polishes? Well hell no but I digress ;)
Here they are.... All 5 shoe boxes of em. If you were wondering about my storage methods, I just sorta grab miscellaneous boxes and use them. And surprisingly enough, I know where everything is. If you said, "Where's OPI Not like the Movies?" I'd say, "First box, middle, next to Pure Ice Strapless." It's an organized chaos, no?
Box #1! These are all my older ones. Around my OPI Last Friday Night is where my obsession started. By the way, there won't be much to say on these boxes since they're organized by when I got them. If I ever decided to put them in according to colors I'd go crazy. I mean once they were in a nice order, I'd have to rearrange as soon as I got a new polish. I prefer to be lazy :D
EDIT: This box is now full..... Sorry wallet......
Yay! I can actually write about this box!! These are all the frankens that I have. I stress the "have" because a lot of the frankens I've made have been given to friends/ family/ other bloggers. If you want me to do a post on all my frankens please ask.... cuz I need motivation ;D I'm sorta dying of a cold... so ya! Oh, just in case you were wondering, the few polishes on the right side of the white cloth are the un-nameds.

Polish Pet Peeves
It's a PPP post! Haha anyways today I was feeling the urge to post for you guys, and this is what I came up with. Now I really don't mean to offend anyone who partakes/ suffers from these things- some of them are uncontrollable. But others? C'mon. But still. Don't take this to mean I hate you or your personality if these apply to you. I just hate your nail habits. Ok, hate is too strong a word.
I strongly dislike your nail habits.
(but only if these apply to you)
By the way, absolutely none of these pictures belong to me. And I fully admit that. I just sorta googled the stuff I was going to post about and put in pictures. If you do see one of your pictures and want to claim it, send me an e-mail and I'll include your info in the post. So. Now that I have covered all the ways-to-piss-off-random-people bases, enjoy my nail rant ;D
PPP #1: Bad acrylics.
PPP #2: Stained nails
I mostly hate this because it happens to me. And it sucks. Because most often, it happens with blue nail polish.... which is mah favorite. You see the perfect shade, put it on, and what happens?
This. Dear polish companies: Why you do this to us??? Seriously! We love ya, but you gotta be nail friendly here! Now I'm mainly talking about polishes that stain through basecoat- which I've encountered. I always wear basecoat, so for something to stain my nails has to be pretty powerfully pigmented (see what I did there? Another PPP ;D )
PPP #3: Overly long nails.
I love my nails long. I'll be the first to admit it. But there's a limit to that: I haaaate what I like to call the "5 Fingered Dragon Claw". Seriously, there's a limit that shouldn't be crossed.
When your nails start to curl under, it's time for a trim.
PPP #5: Different shaped/ length nails on one hand
I've fallen prey to this a few times: a nail breaks, and all of a sudden you have a nubbin. But what I do is go home and file the rest down accordingly. Cuz I'm OCD like that. And sorry, Google din't have any good pictures. But I think y'all get the gist.
So there we have it! Some of my Polish Pet Peeves. Again, sorry if this offended you I guess... I was in a ranty and silly mood. Take it with a grain o salt lovies!
Luv y'all!
PS like I said before. I don't own any of these pics. So yaa

PPP #1: Bad acrylics.
This is an example of the acrylic nails I accept: well done, uniform shape, and, above all, natural looking. they look like they grew out of a normal human's hand.
This is an example of what I don't like. The flared-out, 3 inch wide/tall french tip. And honestly, it's pretty much the manicurist's fault.... but still. While I've never gotten acrylics (nor do I ever intend to) I wouldn't be happy with these. Let just look gross and artificial to me.

Nail Art of the Random Kind
So. I wore a blue creme polish. Yes, I wore a polish without glitter. How? I have no idea. But, as expected, i got bored. Soooooo I did this :D
Okey. So for products used:
Base: Sally Hansen "Pacific Blue"
Glitter: Sinful Colors "Smoking Hot" <-- new obsession
Details: black and gold acrylic paints
I'm actually really happy with this- I had my blood taken and the lady there really liked them apparently.... Haha don't you love when random people comment on your nails? I sure do ;D
I don't quite know what I was focusing on in this pic.... my pinky??? Who knows......
I seee jooo :)
Haha odd post guys.... Sorry, or You're Welcome, depending on how you look at it ;)
Luv y'all!

Easter Mani!
Why yes, this is much later than it's supposed to be. Ah well.... Any how here's what I wore for Easter: just something simple and cute :)
Just one pic of this, it's a pretty simple one. I just did Frenches with some pastel colors, and white polka-spots with white. (and yes, it is absolutely polka- spots) Oh, and it's all finished with some matte top coat :) (I thiiink I used my Warpaint Beauty here. Don't quote me on that.)
Luv y'all! (ohh and happy belated Easter!)

Post-a-thon!
Guys. I iz so sowie. I may/ may not have slacked a little with blogging. urghskeojfk dsngdfskjla;geioar!
Anyways, today i plan on posting about many things: the first of those is the nail art I'm currently wearing:
Ok. A lot going on here. Just so you guys know, I hate that freakin ring finger. It looks so stupid... I wish I'd just gone with the flake glitters like the rest of my nails. *sigh*..... Can't win 'em all I suppose. Any whos, the base of all this is Essie "Dive Bar", which is a deep, dark teal blue with a slight purple to green duo-chrome. I likes it :) then I sponged Jessie's Girl "Glee" on the tips in a beveled French mani. Over that, I did Wet 'n Wild "Kaleidoscope" (yuusssss I spelt that right on my first try >.> ) Finally, I placed these cool little shard- style silver glitters. I really love these- you get to kinda make a mosaic out of them.
Blurriness to show the holo-ness ;D
And the obligatory awkward- thumb shot. Ahhhh he is an awkward beast eh?
Well that's all on this manicure.... onto the next post!
Luv y'all!
